Doggie Daycare Policies 

Parkway West Career and Technology Center provides a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for dogs. To ensure the safety and health of our daycare guests, we require all owners to comply with the following rules and regulations.  

No unaltered male or female dogs will be admitted over 6 months of age.

DROP OFF AND PICK UP TIMES: (closed on Wednesdays) AM: 8:00 am -8:30 am PM: 1:30 pm -2:00 pm Dogs must enter and exit the building on a leash.

VACCINATIONS: (Written proof required) All dogs must have a current distemper, and bordatella (kennel cough) vaccination. A rabies vaccination is required for dogs over 3 months of age. Vaccinations must be given 14 days prior to arrival and document provided to Parkway West CTC.

FLEAS AND TICKS: All dogs must be flea and tick free. Dogs showing signs of fleas will be isolated and/or returned to their owners ASAP.

HEALTH: All dogs must be in good health and must not have been ill with a communicable condition within the last 14 days prior to arrival. Dogs that have been ill with a communicable condition will require veterinary certification of health to be admitted to our daycare facility. No unaltered male or female dogs will be admitted over 6 months of age.

BEHAVIOR: All dogs must be non-aggressive to all types and sizes of dogs. The safety and health of the dogs is our main concern. In order to maintain a safe play environment, any dog that misbehaves will be given a time-out from the play area. Because excess barking can escalate the intensity of the pack dynamic, we reserve the right to use squirt bottles, shaker cans, whistle and a noise can if we feel necessary.

PLAY AND REST: Dogs will play most of the day but will be given breaks as needed. Dog nap time is from 10:25- 11:30am.

RESERVATIONS: Please schedule daycare for your dog(s) at least two days ahead of time. No drop offs or same day appointments will be accepted. I have read and understand and agree to the above information.
