Course Overview
The Culinary Arts program at Parkway West CTC is a great opportunity for students interested in the restaurant industry! The Food Store & Restaurant are open to the public two days per week, providing students with a great opportunity to interact with the public.
Students in the program are learning all aspects of the restaurant business, from meal planning and food preparation to dining room management and banquet serving. This will give them a well-rounded education and prepare them for a variety of career paths within the culinary industry.
The fact that the program has a commercially equipped kitchen is also a big plus, as students will be learning on equipment that is similar to what they would use in a professional setting.
Overall, the Culinary Arts program at Parkway West CTC is a great choice for students who are passionate about food and interested in pursuing a career in the restaurant industry.
